Best beaches in the Cebu/ Bohol

OK folks, which island has got the best chill out/ white sand beach around the Cebu/ Bohol area? I'm gonna be traveling around Cebu for 1 1/2 weeks and wouldn't mind just chilling on a nice beach w/ cold san mig in hand for a day or two between diving Malapascua/ Alona.

Malapascua is a nice place for diving and chilling out. But if u want a very boring but beautiful beach, there is Bantayan Island, just a ferry away from Malapascua.

Panglao has nice beaches... didn't see nightlife like that available in PG...

I've seen nice beach photos of Malapascua... As for Cebu City, it's got to be Mactan area but it's a bit on the tourist price... meaning it's expensive for us locals...

There are lots to see in Bohol... Chocolate hills, the tarsiers, and have a lunch cruise on Lombok river... That's where the World Champ Children's Choir are from... Some of them work weekends on their family river boat lunch buffet... Awesome voices...
