Hello Globetrotters,
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a travel dilemma I'm having. I have the oppurtunity to go to either Belize or Costa Rica. Where should I go? I'll be travelling with 2 other non-divers so there should be some degree of outside non-diving activity considered. I'm really open to suggestions and would appreciate some help. Thanks!
