Not sure what you mean by a 70 foot floor.
The Blue Hole is somewhere around 300-400 feet deep, and the dive is to about 130 ft.

And this (along with the suggestion to stay at 40 ft and hang with the nurse sharks) will most likely not work since this is a guided dive and they will want you to stay with the group...
