Belize is actually one of the few places where I would do land-based diving, due to the cool stuff inland I want to see - but glad to hear that the liveaboards are worthwhile.


Perhaps off-topic a bit, but this sounds just like my recent experience at Cocos/Malpelo, on board the Undersea Hunter Argos. We had a great group of mature, enthusiastic divers, but the divemasters and boat crew were absolutely top-notch.
Going Cocos? Undersea Hunter all the way (and the Argo is an AWESOME boat)! (Several of our group had done the Okeanos Aggressor, and gushed at how much better the Argo is....)
