Aloha, Tahoemom and welcome! A lot of my divers have gone out with either Maui Dreams (for boat diving) or KrisB in Maui for shore diving and have given me rave reviews...in fact, I had some folks stop by our shop just last week who went bananas about diving w/KrisB. They swear by him. Best of luck to you and happy diving!

Hi There TAHOEMOM...WELCOME TO SCUBA BOARD!!! I hope you have a great vacation I've never been to Hawaii,,but there's lots of good people on SCUBA BOARD that have and they'll give you lots of good advice.
TAKE CARE & DIVE SAFE :D

check out Shaka Doug Corbin and his yellow scuba bus
he will definitely meet your requirements, easy shore dves where he knows where the creatures reside and they seem to be his friends - will pose for pix with you that he snaps off with a digital that does video clips w/ sound and prints to disc for you to pick up the next day.
He taught my son 2 years ago and my wife last year.
Booked a week with him again next month
aloha
