We made two trips aboard Sea Quest II from Discovery Diving Company in Beaufort, NC. The seas were nice 1-2', water temps were in the mid to upper 70's from top to bottom. Visibility ranged from 30' to 40' across the different wrecks. We shot about 20 lionfish off the "Schurz" and a few off the "U-352" sub. We also visited the newly adjusted "Spar". My first time since the hurricane moved it last August. It was interesting to see its new attitude.
Reports are that the Caribsea and Atlas (above the cape) are both having really good visiblity for this time of year.
Everyone had a nice set of dives.

Come go diving with us!

I miss diving the NC wrecks. I saw my first lionfish on one about 9 years ago. Sad to hear there are so many now.

Great!
There are a few still on the Schurz and the Naeco is usually covered with them.
Have Fun!
