I am 5' 102 lbs and I had a heck of a time finding a bc to fit.... I went with the Dive Rite TranspacII. It is totally adjustable, actually fit my short waist, and did not get in the way of my not so busty chest 
Another thing I liked about this BC... I have a very hard time lifting all the equipment. I am in very good shape but throwing that weight on my back and walking around (or standing up for that matter) was difficult for me. With the Dive Rite it felt like I took half the weight off because of the way it spreads the weight and makes it easier to carry.

Hi, Pinkbubbles! I am about your size, and I've had 2 BC's - the first Diva (QD? not weight integrated) and the Scubapro Libra. I have liked them both for different reasons. The Diva is a closer "huggy" fit with the velcro cumberbund, the Libra is more open with straps. I have not yet seen the Ladyhawk, but I am curious (but not in the market, now...) I think it depends on what kind of diving you do or plan on doing. I think my Libra works better over a drysuit...

My daughter is about your size - she dives a Diva LX with the integrated power inflater/octo. She loves it, about 40 dives in all conditions - tropical to Mermet Springs - 7mm + hooded vest + quite a bit of weight for all the rubber. No problems in a variety of conditions. It's sturdy - one downside, does not fold up compactly for travel but will fit in a carryon bag with enough room left for mask and reg setup.

My wife has a Tusa Imprex pro and loves it, the woman that owns the shop we use has an Oceanic Tour and swears by it (the sholder straps are well padded and the bottom of the straps can be moved back and forth about 6 in with a quick-lock type attachment) . Both are well-endowed (thank god) and have no problems with either.....
