I was certified with Genesis Phantom nice and lite weight I was told Sea Quest Pro QLR is a good purchase need recomendations most diving will be tropical with occasional spring dive

I have two and I have a tendency to prefer one over the other. One is the SQ Pro QD. It is a good, solid vest style. Downside is mostly that it is very bulky for travel.

My other rig is a composite of a bp and wing with a TP II harness system.. This rig is fast becoming my rig of choice with the SQ being a back up. It feels more secure on me, is much more compact for travel, and bouyancy is unbelievable. Plus the range
of motion I have is better too.

Do your absolute best to try as many different types of bcds as you can so you
can make an educated choice.

I dive with one and do the type of diving
you have mentioned. Have had no complaints
but I will be moving to a backplate/wings set up
soon....hopefully
