I'm sorry, but just to clarify, is the air cell punctured, or do you just have a tear/hole in your bc? Obviously, an air cell puncture is a safety issue, and a tear is more a cosmetic issue.
If it is an air cell puncture, it is likely repairable, depending on the BC you own. Take it up to your dive shop and have them look at it. Or if you give us more info on where the hole is and what BC you dive, we might be able to give more pointers.

Its a Seaquest and it is losing air when inflated through a small hole in the structure itself

yup aquaseal works..Most lds will not repair it ..Liability risk is usually the reason.. for a bladderless bcd if tiny hole put osme aquaseal on a toothpick and apply into hole with it.If urethane inner bladder you may want to make a patch and apply aquaseal over it.If you purchased bcd via an authorized dealer and the leak is at a seam take it back.We had an issue with a 4 year old scubapro knighthawk bcd with a seam leak and they replaced it with a new one at NO charge.
