I'm not familiar with that particular BC, but if you're looking at weight integrated BCs look for a reliable weight system with positive engagement and a one hand release. I can't tell from the photo, but i've seen a number of BCs whose weights needed 2 hands or 2 steps to be released.
The time factor may one day be important, though it's probably a matter of seconds difference. The real issue is ease when removing the weights and handing them up before climbing into small boats. The weights with clumsy systems are more likely to be dropped and lost.
