BC Resortes & Summer Diving

My wife and I are taking our kids on a weeks holiday in BC this summer. We're hoping for somewhere warm where teenagers will be entertained in the water and the wife and I can get in some amateur diving. Can anyone recommend good spots?

Tofino can be a fun spot. They can rent wetsuits and take surf lessons at Long Beach? And Andy from the dive shop there can arrange for your dives and/or snorkeling.

Quadra Island near Campbell River has hiking, biking, fishing, etc., along with proximity to some great dive sites.

What activities do your teens like, and how old are they? That might help come up with a few other suggestions as well.
