I mentioned my plans for last night elsewhere and someone asked for a report. :idk:

TPWD: Caprock Canyons State Park and Trailway is near Quitaque, TX, south of Amarillo - a lovely high plains escarpment ranch north of town, and the abandoned railway running from South Plains village, by the town, and beyond. I got to the Monk's Crossing meeting place early so drove up the road to shoot some other pics first...
