Hi all,

My wife and I just got back from a fantastic trip to Cozumel. The Presidente still delivers!

On this trip I had the idea of getting a massage within a day of my arrival to help me relax faster into my vacation. After sniffing around on the Internet for a great masseuse I found Sally Hurwitch. OH MY GOD!!! Let me just first say that I don't work for Sally, get referral fees, or freebies for promoting her services. I was just looking to enhance my vacation and ended up getting the best massage of my life. And she did it with her feet!

Sally is the quintessential professional, intelligent, kind, asking plenty of health related questions before my session began. Great smells and sounds filled the room as I laid down on the table awaiting her return as she had stepped out so I could get ready, privately, under towels. Above the table, affixed to the ceiling were one of her tools of the trade, parralel bars. Yes, quite unusual, but when she begins to use them, kneading my stiff muscles from various angles with her feet, it all came together in utter bliss. The beauty of "feet" instead of "fingers" is that it wasn't sharp at all. She can get the deep spots without any pain. It's a rounded deep massage, not a pointed hand massage that hurts from the surface down. Not only did I get the desired result of having my modern day worries and stresses float away, but a real release of those far away inner spots that had never found relief. I felt like a million bucks for the bargain price of $60. The rest of my vacation was full of fabulous diving, great food, a dreamy hotel, and increased muscle mobility without the usual residual soreness. Cozumel still delivers as always, but this time it gave me something new. Sally's website is http://www.barefootincozumel.com/index.html

Enjoy!

Ditto for me. Sally is a very nice person outside of her business also. She goes to many board dinners and is a delight to talk to, she is also involved with some charities in Coz.

Yup ... Sally works wonders!! We ran across her a few years back and try to book with her on every trip. Who knew that being 'walked on' could be so relaxing!!! For those that haven't discovered Ashiatsu massage yet ... there ain't nothing quite like it!! :D

My wife gives Sally a "two thumbs up" also. She will definitely be booking a massage with Sally on February trip.

Thanks Jason, Lou, Kat and Harro! I really enjoy meeting "the people behind the posts"! See you next time around...

It's just not a Cozumel trip without seeing Sally! :D

My lady is still raving about the massage she got from Sally last November! I think she'd rather go back for another one of those than the diving! Heresy but then again, I haven't had the pleasure myself yet.

I just want to add MY two pesos worth :)

SALLY ROCKS!

Sally keeps me out of pain! We are so very lucky to have her on the island, for many reasons :)

As long as people are adding their "Pesos" I'll add mine :D
Sally has become a staple for my wife and I when we go to Coz.
There is no better way to get ready for diving than to have Sally give you a massage the day before you start diving. She is great and I can think of no better way to melt away the stress of the plane trip to Coz and get into the relaxed "island" frame of mind.
Sally, we'll see you in Jan.
