For the money, it's a great suit. However, if you can afford it I would get one that is fit to your body. It does hold up well, I have over 100 dives on mine and have never had a problem (although I am VERY careful around sharp things because I think it would tear very easily). I also dislike the neoprene booties that come with it. Between them and the Trek boots, I find that my feet feel floaty when I'm doing shallow dives.
