I measured myself and used those measures to pick the size, but if you call Richard at divetank, for example, then you can also go through the measurements with him. Also, you should tell the person taking your order your shoe size, glove size, hood size and so forth. If you get it from divetank then there's a bunch of options and add-ons you can get so look over those as well. I ordered mine from there last week, but have not received yet.
