Anyone have experience with the procedure and diving afterwards? Sinus Surgery | Balloon Sinuplasty by ACCLARENT® | BalloonSinuplasty

I was on a 2 day boat trip this last weekend and could not get down due to sinus problems. Someone on the boat said he and his wife had it done with very good results. I searched this board and found very little. I called DAN and they didn't have any info on it or it effects on diving. I saw my ENT today and this was his recommendation knowing the amount of diving I do. It sounds like a very simple procedure and has few negative side-effects that I can find.

I am scheduled for a 5 day trip in August and don't want to sit on the boat all week and watch everyone else dive.

If it works it would make me very happy that I didn't let my old ENT go to town on me with a drill and a hammer or whatever they use.
