What are the top Bali/Gili dive sites for pelagics? Does anyone have any suggestions for dive companies in Bali/Gili Trawangan?

In Bali, I can recommend Gili (Gili just means island) Biaha, Tepekong, Mimpang or Selang off Candidasa; Ferry Channel and Shark Point in Padang Bai; and Toyapakeh or Crystal Bay off Nusa Penida. Don't forget Nusa Penida's Manta Point for manta rays.
In North Lombok's Gili Trawangan, Meno and Air, the sites that I found better than others included shark point and deep turbo.
