In Baja? Near Ensanada? South of Porto Nuevo? Closest would be Ensanada! Play Golf instead, diving not that good......

La Bufadora and Kennedys out on Punta Banda both have excellent diving. If your adventurous enough to cross through TJ diving with Dale's in La Bufadora is easy. You'll need to check that he will be going out though or bring at least 3-4 divers to get the boat out. One of my favorite cold water dive areas.
