I don't know, but their lobster season rules are different than in the US.
I thought their season didn't start until August, but I'm not sure.
Here are a few differences I know of in the rules:
In the Bahamas, you can spear lobster unlike the US where you have to take them alive.
In the US, you can use scuba gear. In the Bahamas, you have to catch them free diving / skin-diving. (no scuba supplied air).
