Bahamas (Blackbeard's) in early January?

I've found surface temp info so far, but can anyone tell me what the water temps and water vis are going to be like at this time of year? We are looking at a January 2-9 trip or thereabouts.

Is there already a blackbeards schedule for early next year ? Me and some friends are thinking of doing a Florida/Bahamas dive trip around then.
