Backpad Compatibility with Apeks SS Backplate

Can anyone point me to a backpad that's compatible with Apeks' stainless backplate? Google feedback is unclear and related SB postings seem mixed.

Most any pad should work. Most backplates have pretty standard hole placement with a few exceptions, or you could punch holes in the pad that line up with the holes on your backplate and install grommets.
