I dive with a back inflation bcd...Everytime I need to dump air I have to roll around "360 drgrees)...I almost can not dump air other than this method...
any advice or techniques please?
Thanks

What BC are you using?

Are you using the inflator hose or are you using the dump valve on the bottom of the bcd?
if you using the Infator hose than you need to move in a more upright postition. if your using the rear dump valve than move you butt higher in the air than your entire body ad the air will come out. but the problem most likey is that the bcd is tacoing and traping the air. if you shake back and forth the air will become un trapped

I use the inflator hose, I have to roll around to get the air out..moving upright usually does not do anything, only if I have lots of air in the BCD!!

If you attemp to stay as horizontal in the water, dumping air from the rear dump valve shouldn't be too difficult. My guess is that you're not quite vertical, but not 100% horizontal either--thus you're having problems dumping from both. Personally I believe that 100% horizontal is the way to go. :)

I dive a zeagle and had the same problem. I've found that if I just drop my feet slightly, pull my butt in and raise my shoulders I can dump using the hose. I haven't experimented too much with the dump valves.....

use dump valve is more easy ,if you using the Infator hose than you need to more upright postition.

raise your butt and dump from the lower valve otherwise try being 100% upright and slightly raise your left side so it will be the highest point.

me butt raise + dump valve, it's easier
