I don't know what I "average", because I haven't been diving a full year yet, but I've done over a hundred in nine months, so that's the high end of your scale.
 
Same as TSandM -- first year, approaching 90.
 
I think your right but for some reason I'm haveing trouble editing my own post can someone help me out here?
 
In my first 10 months since certifying, I've logged 73 dives. However, my drysuit cert dives are next weekend and it would be nice to hit the 100 dive milestone by my anniversary date...not that this is a particular goal but it just means I have had more opportunities to dive and made a return of the drysuit investment.
