Getting invalid image file and upload failure errors. The files are all jpg, and I've tried reducing the size to 100x100, 125x125, etc. Have tried both uploading from my drive and web images.

Scratching my head, any ideas?
 
Ditto, I've tried with several different pics and get invalid file.
