Where did you dive?

Were you near the incident that happened at Bellarine?

Nice photos too, what kind of camera do you use? I'm looking to get into photography but at the moment I just video my dives.

I was no where near the incident, I was diving at Blairgowrie. I did see the helicopter flying around searching though.

I am using a Nikon D7000 with a 60mm macro lens in a nauticam housing.

At the pier? I like diving there, I always seem to see something cool there (at least what I think is cool).

Nice photos.

How adorable are those squidlies??? Love the shots!

Just got back from holidays and haven't even thought about unpacking stuff yet. Will check the weather, conditions and dive buddy status later in the week and maybe head out if I can convince myself the cold water won't hurt me too much :)

Thanks Alcina, I'm looking forward to seeing your photos. It must of been nice to dive in warm water.

I managed to do two dives on Saturday, one in the morning and one at night. The weather was great but the water is still cold! In the morning dive I was trying out my new tokina 10-17mm fisheye. I have not really shot much wide angle shots before, and it showed in a lot of my photos. My strobe positioning was poor but I had a lot of fun.

Love that sunburst!
Great shots your spoiling us and lets hope that's the break in the crap diving conditions that have been over 2months here in SEQ.
I am climbing the walls to go diving here......

Love the 10-17 but I agree with you, I'm just not much of a wide angle girl most of the time. Looks like a great day diving.

I'm still fighting some bug that hit me Saturday and so no diving or heading out for me over the next few days. I'm drying out!!
