Since I'm on vacation in the "lower 48" I guess I missed out on some pretty fantastic Aurora Borealis displays.

Nice picture-what's the town? Southcentral AK had some pretty spectacular displays from what I saw on TV, we here in southeast didn't have the chance with rain/snow/fog/cloud ceilings of 50ft,etc. :wink:

Looks like they were taken over Potter MArsh, which is just south of Anchorage.
