I'm a Fish!
hello all ,as a former mainer (for 28 years) i never was inclined to scuba dive.as a kid ihad the opportunity to swim in the quarry in augusta .i usually come back to maine in the summers and thought it may be a neat dive to do while there. any input from my fellow scuba board members would be greatly appreciated so i can plan this dive.

i dont know , it is rumored that all the mining equipment is still at the bottom along with various vehicles that have been "lost" over the years.

My wife's college room mate is in nearby Leeds near Lewiston. Augusta is not far away. I never really liked her so it will give me an excuse to get out and dive and leave them to talking about me behind my back.

Count me in on when you plan on going and we'll try to plan a visit to Leeds around the same time.

im still trying to gather info on it . i heard it may be posted property now so im trying to find out.
