I know these regs have been talked to death on this board from browzing a bit but I have a quick q...If I don't ever plan on diving deeper than 100ft, is there a difference in the ease of breathing with these two regs?

Yes

there is but not that much! But if you are low on $'s just get the tx50(DS4 version). This is already a very very good reg. p.s. check my earlier posts..

Xerxes

I agree with Xerxes but there is some dffrence and for the dolor you have to look at many factors like not doing dep dives , ect this is all considerations you need to make before buying a regulator ect

Their is a difference. I don't know if the ATX50 would be more like the ATX200 or the TX50.

I can't explain it, but the ATX200 is unbelievable. Maybe it's the oxymoronic "overbalanced" 1st stage.

I was browzing the scubadiving board and someone said the difference in breathing is only something a machine could tell... not a noticable difference to a diver. I however have never used these regs...any comments on this from anyone who has?
