I have the option of getting a atx 200 for about $500 and I've heard great things about the xtx 200. Is there much of a difference and if so, what is it?
Thanks!

The ATX was discontinued several years ago.

The first stage is identical, except that the 1/2" "primary" lp port has been replaced by a 3/8 port. Test have shown no difference in breathing with the 1/2" port.

There have been more changes to the second stage. The XTX has a removable exhaust Tee with a choice of long or short lengths. The air barrel is now reversible, with the ability to have the lp hose enter from either left or right.

$500 sounds pretty high for an ATX.

I have a XTX and a ATX on my doubles and to be honest love both regs but the ATX seems to breath a little easier than the ATX, which was quite surprising.
