Attention Instructors. Referral Needed

I have a future dive buddy (26 y/o fit male non smoker) that is in need of completing his OW dives.

He has completed the YMCA confined water and classroom portion.

We are ICED in here in central Indiana. No open water cert dives for awhile it seems.

We are planning a trip to Puget Sound Feb 6th to dive with a NAUI instructor friend who will complete his certification if needed.

I'll loan this guy my equipment/tanks if needed. All he needs is a reasonably close Instructor with a un-iced dive site who is willing complete his OW dives per referral quidelines.

It seems that he'll be doing is OW referral dives in Puget Sound in feb.

We're still ICED in hard here in cerntral Indiana.
