I just wanted to share this with those of you who may be looking for a computer. I have an Aeris 500ai that I bought used a year ago. On a recent dive I noticed my depth was off a few few feet from known depths as was the water temp shown on my computer.
I contacted Aeris about service, was provided a return number, and I sent it to them with a note to either bill me or contact me for payment of the service fee.
My computer was returned yesterday, 3 weeks after being mailed with a note that there was no charge and it was warrenty exchanged. I was caught by suprise and now I know what brand of computer I will buy for my wife.
This is the kind of service that will always make me return to a company. When I was already happy with my computer and ready to pay for a service/calabration.
