Yes, Atomic / Huish Outdoors are no longer supporting the Cobalts. We- the original designers/ developers of the electronics and firmware- are doing what we can to help users. Fixing magnets and switches are something we can do.
I don't know if your issue is corroded magnets or if the internal switches are failing. You can figure that out by removing the top cover and trying another magnet on the switch (instructions here: Dropbox )- or just send it to us and we will do whatever is needed.
