Does anyone know if they have started the screening. If so, and you have been through Atlanta on the way back into the USA, where do they start the process and how does it affect the time between customs and immigration and security?

fyi, i posted on travel and got a few resonses that said they only are testing from flights from Africa. I will let you all know when I return from Bonarie how that affects customs and imigration.
