Just got back from Aruba and did 4 days, 8 dives, with Romeo. What a great experience! I can't see how I'd dive with anyone else. He's actually a native of the island and been diving since he was about 13. Very friendly, knowledgeable, safe and takes you to the best sights. He only takes 8 max. unlike Red Sail. We saw them load one boat at the pier, disorganized.

This month is slow season for them and we were the only 2 on the boat but he went anyway. We did a couple of nice 50' drift dives, some nice easy reef dives south of the airport and did the Jane Sea in 90'. Moray eel, Barracuda, jelly fish, angels and loads of other fish.

The best way to get them is by cell or email. Some have complained about them be slow to respond to email but I spoke to Romeo about that issue and he's checking it twice a day now. Give them a try, you won't be sorry. Tell Romeo Ric from Memphis said hi!

btw, someone caught a lion fish while we were on the island. It's on live display in an aquarium in a local restaurant. I'm not sure which one but Romeo knows. That's really bad for the island as they destroy the coral and are highly poisonous.

Romeo is the only guy I dive with when we go to Aruba.

My husband and I just returned from Aruba and had a fabulous dive experience thanks to Romeo of Native Divers. We are relatively new to diving and I still have some trepidation about the sport but was very relaxed and comfortable with Romeo. The season is slow in Aruba this time of year so we were the only two divers with Romeo. I saw a Red Sail Sports dive boat LOADED with people. If you are going to Aruba definitely go with Romeo.

I got my certification with Romeo in 1991 and when diving in Aruba I dive with him. I can recommend him to everyone who wants to dive in Aruba.
