Hi I am new to the board.
I have been to Aruba 5 times before my last visit that ended last weekend. This last visit I decided to try Jads for diving there. I have dived with several other operations on the island which I will not comment on.
I have been diving over 15 years and have over 100 dives (stopped counting awhile ago) and I don't have a regular dive buddy. I can't stand big dive boats full of divers. What I do like is personal service and professional divers who know the terrain.
The guys at Jads are real locals that really know their stuff. For me if I was running a dive operation it would be exactly like they do. Everyone from the divemasters to the bus driver are very cool and very real people. I wont dive with anyone else when I go back in 2 years.
