I travel to Aruba every year and have been diving there for the past 5 years. I have never heard of the two op's you have referenced but I can tell you who I trust...

I dive with either Unique Watersports of Aruba or Pelican Divers. I have found that they are thorough and give you the most for your money.

Clive is nice, and so is searuba.com, they even have a package to fly you "low" to bonaire for the day.... enjoy aruba.
