I haven't dived Aruba, yet. This post made me look at the website in question. I would have thought they were a dive op form all the "we" "us" and "our" references on the page. The website is misleading and I would not do business with them for that reason.
If Aruba Pro Dive is an agent for small dive shops that is fine. List yourself as that; list the shops you use. If you really offer their services at the same retail price the dive ops charge, say so on your site. The fact that you choose to make yourselves look like something you are not makes me wonder what else you may mislead a customer about. You say you are an agent and that there is nothing wrong with that. I agree, but you choose to hide the fact on your website.
Was "beware!" too strong a word? Maybe, maybe not, but I am glad to have seen this thread and can make up my own mind about how I feel about the deceptive advertising.
You may be a great operation, but you have lost a bunch of potential customers through a deceptive website. Now, offering six packs but delivering cattle boats is another problem, but I don't even need to go that far.
Edited to add: On a humorous note, I noticed STKBUBBLES (who has odd syntax for someone from N.J.) lists him/herself in the public profile as a "Dive Con." I thought that was appropriate, in a Freudian sort of way.
