    I feel as though a fin could be designed for an amputee, to wrap over the circumfrence of the stump (lower limb obviously) and allow them to paddle similarly to a non handicapped diver.

    Great article.Doesnt suprise me that the military people volunteer with alacrity.If everyone had their attitude this country would be a much better place.:)
