Saw someone posting about RCI resorts and got to wondering.
How many SBers are RCI members?
RCI stands for Resort Condominiums International, if you didn't know.

Can't you just deposit your week and go someplace else? I'm new to RCI and have never used its service. My timeshares are all over coastal Mexico so I'm good for now. But will probably use an exchange someday.

i do deposit them, but they expire after a few years...i haven't been on a week long vacation since '96, and that was a honeymoon. i must have been on crack to buy the darn thing.

Yes, and if babyduck really wants to get rid of his I may have two properties.

I own a weeks week in Orlando and a Points week in Orlando. I normally trade.

We sold our unit after I found I could rent it for less than I was paying in maintenance fees. We still look for timeshare resorts when we travel, but feel we have more flexibility & selection without having to use RCI.

ooops, so sorry. It so hard to know.

If she would like to sell......................
