I'm a Fish!
When I was in college, (19 yrs old) I worked as a bank teller.

I was taught to have all money facing the same way when you count it. The other day at the bank when the teller gave me my money back, she had it going all different ways.

I could not count it, until I had all the Presidents straightened
out.

Anyone else having a hard time breaking a habit?

I know what you mean! When I had my store I had the bills all facing one direction in my cash register...it's the same way in my wallet...even when I play Monopoly!

There are all kinds of little habits that you never really notice. I was once asked if I always ate that way. "What way?" Eating one thing after another. Until that day I never noticed that I was doing it.

I was taught to do the same thing when I was prepping bank deposits for a restaurant that I worked in while I was in college. I still do it. If I'm in a hurry I may skip it, but normally all the cash in my wallet is faced.

When I'm eating out, I eat my salad first. When I'm eating at home, I eat my salad last. I have always been like that.

I have the same habit with the money but I have an even worse habit than that. Every time I go by a lake or quarry I have to don my gear and dive. Really a bad habit but I love it.

LOL....me, too Natasha! I worked as a bank teller when Beast and I got married. Those old habits are hard to break. It drives me nuts when I'm handed change that all mixed up!

And change! What's so hard about counting out change? If today's cash registers didn't tell them how much to give you, they'd have no idea! When some clerk just hands me a handful of change and bills, I take my time counting it...for my protection as well as theirs!

LOL It's great to know I'm not alone. And yes, my Monopoly money also would have to be facing the same way, if anyone would ever play with me!
