Are these dive companies actually the same company??

Sea Bees, South Siam divers, Thailand Liveaboards...are these actually part of the same company? They all have diff websites but the prices and boats are the same...unless everyone is using the exact same boat?? Just wondering...

Sea Bees Kata and Thailand Liveaboards are the same.
They (or I can better say we) have our own boats, but also book with other companies, like South Siam.
