Special Notice to all Owners of Titan LX and Titan LX
Supreme Regulators
Our records indicate that you recently purchased a Titan LX or Titan LX Supreme Regulator. If you
own this model of regulator, please read on. If you no longer own or have never owned this model of
regulator, please disregard this notice.
Background
Aqua Lung has determined that it is possible, although rare, for a small vacuum to form between the
inhalation diaphragm and the underside of the soft, rubber purge cover. Such a vacuum would result
in making it very hard to inhale on the regulator. This situation has only occurred after the regulator
has been manually purged underwater.
Action
Aqua Lung is requesting that all Titan LX and Titan LX Supreme regulators be brought into your
local authorized Aqua Lung Dealer to change out the second stage inhalation diaphragm. The retrofit
diaphragm has been modified to prevent such a vacuum from forming. The replacement procedure is
quick and in most cases can be done while you wait. The procedure is non-invasive and will not alter
the performance or the adjustments of the regulator in any way.
Should you need assistance in finding an authorized dealer near you, we invite you to visit us at

Aqua Lung apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Your safety is our top priority.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for choosing Aqua Lung.
