If your tool had a scale painted on it for the user to confirm that they had reproduced the document at exactly 100% scale, it would be more useful.

That is an excellent idea. I set the PDF scale to 100% and printed it; then measured the i.d. and o.d. with dial calipers and they are spot on. But having a scale on the page would have been more convenient.

sorry it doesn't have any scale .my next chart will .thanks for the feed back. An easy way to find out if you print it ok is to take a known O-ring lets say 015, 112 or else and test the diagram
