Aqualung Kronos Supreme Regulator with Octo
Purchased new for $770, asking $500 + Shipping

Purchased new in the Spring of 2009, this regulator and octo have served me well over the last couple years. My favorite features of this regulator are the adjustable flow control and right side exhaust vent. The flow control lets you adjust the breathing resistance and stops free flowing at the surface. The side exhaust sends bubbles up to the right of your mask so that your field of view remains clear while exhaling.

The first stage features an auto-closure device, so if you forget the cap the regulator is protected and this is the supreme edition meaning it includes an internal heat exchanger to prevent freeze up. There are 2 HP ports for gauges/wireless transmitters, and 4 LP ports for low-pressure inflator hoses. Low-pressure hose included.
Serviced in April 2010.

PayPal Preferred.

Features of Kronos Supreme:
• New asymmetrical Side-X exhaust system (pat. pend.) routes bubbles out of your viewing area
• Exhaled breath passes over the second stage valve warming it, making it resistant to freezing
• The venturi control and breathing resistance knob have been integrated into one Dual Cam controller (pat. pend.). Divers can now achieve ideal settings with less to think about
• Aqua Lung's Auto-Closure Device ACD (pat. pend.) seals water out of the first stage when the regulator is removed from the cylinder
• The Supreme version of the first stage is over-balanced resulting in superior performance
• Two HP ports and four MP ports provide the diver with many options
• Compatible with EAN 40 new, out of the box

• Ideally suited for water below 50°F / 10°C
• The Kronos octopus is the perfect match for the Kronos regulator. It provides all of the same advantages as the Kronos regulator with the added benefit of being highly visible.
• Yellow front cover, hose and accents allow unit to be easily located in the event of an out-of-air situation
• The venturi control and breathing resistance knob have been integrated into one Dual Cam controller

what was opinion with Kronos, also if you have any experience with XTX50, what will be the additionally comparing each?
thanks

I thought it was a good regulator. I have a B2 now, and the Kronos seemed a bit dryer in unusual positions. I like the hose routing. I'd use one anytime.
