Does the flange that connects the manual inflation hose to the bcd have an o-ring? I take the hose off when packing it and am wondering if I lost an o-ring.

I think you are asking if the male quick disconnect connector on the inflator assembly, that connects to the LP inflator hose with the shrader valve in the female connection, has an o-ring, right?
There is not an exterior o-ring on that connection, although there probably is one out of sight where it screws into the inflator assembly.
The o-ring that seals that connection is inside the LP inflator hose connection. It is hard to see, but it is nested into a recessed groove about half way down the opening. I guarantee you didn't lose that - they are a little hard to remove, and a PITA to replace.
Off the top of my head, the only exposed o-rings I can think of anywhere in a system are at the interface between 1st stage and cylinder valve - either in the yoke valve, or the DIN stage.
there is a gasket in the BCD fitting. Light tan.
