I was checking out my regulator setup today (Aqua Lung Titan LX Supreme) and noticed the purge cover was cracked. The model I have is about 5 years old (it says Glacia on it) and looks fairly simple to repair. I looked online for a replacement and couldn't find anything. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You're not going to find the parts online in the US for sale. Aqualung doesn't believe in selling parts online. You'll have to go to an Aqualung dealer for the part.

The one for the Legend should work also. The 2nd stages on them are identical except cosmetic changes.

The one you want that matches your reg exactly is in bold below. The others will work also if you need one quicker (like if you're going on a quick trip) if the crack is leaking or gets worse and just want one that will fit perfectly and work.

Key #.... Part # .... Description
--------------------------------------------
4a----- 129156 Purge Cover, Titan LX
------- 129157 Purge Cover, Titan LX Supreme
------- 129182 Purge Cover, Titan/LX Octopus
4b----- 129172 Purge Cover, Legend
------- 129199 Purge Cover, Legend, Yellow

Cost is $7.99 each. (I'm sure there will be some "dealer markup".... always is...)

A cracked purge cover isn't a go-no go item if it doesn't affect the purging function and it stays in place. It's just cosmetic. The diaphragm is what separates the water from the interior of the second stage underwater.

Yes. On the Titan LX (and Legend), unlike many regs, the diaphragm is held in place by a threaded retainer.

I would go to the dive shop where you bought the regulator. I also have the Aqualung Titan LX, not the supreme though. I don't know what dive shop you bought yours from, but the dive shop I bought mine from (Aqua Ventures) has repair services. Hope this helps.
