That is a good thought to do that. Customers with Air2's always end up washing the inside of their reg until you point out that it is not such a good idea.

I disagree. While you certainly want to keep water out of the first stage, there is no problem with a second stage having water run thru it. I intentionally run fresh water thru my air2 and teach my students to do the same. Been doing this for 10+ years. BTW I am an authorized scubapro tech.
