Aqaba Jordan, October 2007
My first dives in the Red Sea and a wonderful end to two amazing and unforgettable days in Jordan. I dove with Aqaba International Dive Center and they were very accommodating when we turned up and arranged for some last minute afternoon dives. I was a bit disappointed that my last dive was so short, which I attribute to a tired and cold DM.
Jordan is not the most amazing diving, perhaps it was the dive sites, but it was definitely worth diving while I was there.
Cedar Pride Wreck - a Lebanese freighter sunk in 1985 at about 80ft. A pleasant shore dive with swim throughs and some interesting fish, but not a spectacular dive.
Japanese Garden - another shore dive with nice hard coral and a school of jack fish.
