This is a very nice pair of used APS Mantaray Fins. They are in excellent condition with only minor scuff marks. These were fitted with Scubapro bungee straps so had to modiy the flange of the post. The post itself is untouched. These fins are great for travelling as they are lightweight and short enough to fit in carry on luggage.
