Application fee comparison for basic training

There are lots of scuba diving organization in the world.

Coudl anyone tell me which organization is offering cheapest application fee for basic diver training.(like PADI openwater diver course)

Any Application fee comparison website?

Fees for training are not set by the agencies. They are determined mostly by what the local market will bear.

Consequently, all other things being the same, all agencies will be about the same price in a given area.

While there are ways to economize, diving isn't a cheap sport to get started at. Looking for the cheapest class should not be your goal, ask around and find a good class. The best class might not necessarily be the most expensive.

Watch out for classes that appear to be cheaper, but then charge you separately for thing you need like books, rentals, dives, whatever. Compare apples to apples.
